Very absorbent brief that works really well

Very absorbent hold an astonishing amount of liquid. Great for overnight use even with significant amounts of liquid do not leak. Easy to put on. A bit bulk for day use if pants aren't looser but that is because they are bulkier due to the ability to absorb more liquid. Biggest complaint is the tabs, sometimes they don't pull off the rest of the brief cleanly the material sticks to the tab when trying to use. I have surgical tape that I use over the top when this happens to hold the brief. Fortunately it only happens about every 15-20 or so briefs. Other than that a great product especially for night time use. Because of this problem took off 1 star.

Good product for overnight use

Good product for overnight use or extended time away from home where changing a brief is difficult. A bit bulkier than an Attends or similar heavy duty brief but it will hold a lot of liquid. At night can go 4-5 hours without changing and no leaks haven't found any other brief that can do that.

Best Adult Diaper out there!!

Seriously best adult diapers out there. They're more expensive but you get what you pay for. My mom received free diapers from the state after her stroke. They were more work than they were worth. She always leaked through...more changing...more laundry.. etc. When we found these.....game changer. Everyone was much happier. spend the extra money. $1.33 a diaper...totaly worth it!!!!!

These do not compare to the prior Medline extended wear product. They are softer and mold better to the body but they do not absorb as well. I can no longer go 12 hours at night time without leaking.

Dry Morning, Yippee

These are the only briefs I've found that last all night. I have a closet full of partial packs of briefs that didn't, even w/ an extra guard pad. If your changing linens every morning try these. We use these for outings as well, w/ a plastic brief on top. So far no disasters.

The best adult diapers ever!!! I wish I would of found these sooner I won’t ever buy any other diapers for my mother these are the best Don’t have to change bedding every few hours any more !!! They cost a little more then other brands but well worth it !!! Highly recommend these !!!

They work and are extended wear for overnight.

They work better than any others I've tried for my husband for overnight. They are a little stiff but do not leak and bedding is dry in the morning.

These work the best for overnight, however, the tabs may or may not work for multiple undo/fasten times. Also, the fit is somewhat different than something like pull on briefs.
