The product was exactly what I want, and the price was fair. However, the product was bought for our patient, and the box was so broken that we had to change the box to make it presentable.

My husband died while using this product. It kept getting clogged so he could not breathe. Eventually, he was not able to unclog it before he ran out of breath and he died.
