This is my favorite of Medicare won’t pay for anymore and I don’t take $42 a month for 30 catheters is a lot of money especially when you have to do it four times a day cause Urologist told you to do it. This is what I like the best but I have to use other catheters because Medicare will y pay for it.

Discreet to carry outside house
The container for the catheters is small, sturdy and discreet. It's very simple to use and compact. While it is perfect for trav3l, the 6" fr14 hydrophilic are more useful for c9mplete emptying of bladder while I'm at home.

The speedicath is an excellent
The speedicath is an excellent product. It's small enough to take anywhere and it gets the job done. I've been using it for years. If you have to cath, speedicath is the way to go.

Packaging could be better.
When I opened the green package, a good deal of liquid spilled out. I do like the length, and it isn’t as flimsy as the other hydrophilics I’ve tried.

Perfect for Travel!
The Coloplast SpeediCath is perfect for intermitent use. I keep a few in my purse and in my car for those times I need to cath while out & about. I do NOT use them continuously because I find the pre-lubricate too harsh for my system. They are so small like a lipstick that they fit in a pocket or purse.

I love the convenience of this "lipstick size" catheter! I use it when I am out & about. I have found that for me consistant use can cause irritation. So I always use my other brand of catheter with no pre-lubricant when I am home. On a trip I take both with me.

eyelets not always polished
Although convenient and discrete the eyelets on some of the catheters are not polished so it scrapes the urethra when pulled out. Ouch!! Not great quality control by the company

Excellent quality and convenience
For compactness, ease of use, and reliability, it is hard to beat Speedicath. We have used other brands and styles, but the Speedicath is by far the easiest and most convenience, with little fuss or mess.

The SpeediCath catheter fits nicely into purse compartments and is easy to use. It requires no extra lubrication as the ones I use while I'm at home, making it quicker and cleaner.
