This is not the same product unisex isn't anywhere on the label. These are very thin as most of the other are. the unisex overnighht would keep someone dry all night. Rarely did one have to wake up to change which provided for a good night sleep. I tried both exta large and large overnight and they are no better than the daytime. They are passing the thinner overnight underwear off as the unisex overnight but they are not This has happened twice. I'll bfelooking for another brand. i use to highly recommend thiys brand but no more.

Incontinent pullups

these work well for collection of leaks. I do use them during the day, also, and like the others, if there is heavy collection, they will start leaking, particularly if I am up and down, from chairs and the car, that pressure on the full pad will trigger leakage. I don't have that problem when using them overnight, because I am mostly in a stationary position. I do not know if anyone has, or if Carewell has considered, but I would like to see pullups, with the normal elastic around the bottom, but with a additional piece that extend from the first bottom elastic down to mid thigh, with elastic at the end of that piece. If you are familiar with "boxer shorts" (a cross between briefs and boxer shorts), that would be the design I think might work

A Beacon of Hope: Prevail Overnight Pull-Ups

Prevail Overnight Adult Underwear has truly been a remarkable aid during a challenging time. When my mom's health unexpectedly shifted, these pull-ups became an instant essential, providing reliable protection right when we needed it most. We're now celebrating daily progress in her recovery, while these pull-ups have ensured a worry-free journey. Zero leaks, zero order, zero problems – just complete peace of mind! We couldn't be more grateful. Thank you!

I love them.

I have a problem walking with my knees. It makes life a little easier. I am slow and I am unsteady at night. So it is better for me all around. I also have nerve damage on "D3-4" which the diapers help with the Bowel movement since I moved slow. Thank you very much. No accidents. i don't need anymore cleaning enough to do.

good overnight protection.

These pads are fairly large and absorbant - not the largest in the industry, but certainly capable to handle 2 incidents. They will clump once wet but displayed little pressout. Full length adhesive strip. No standing leg barriers but no leaks until they are fully saturated. (Everything leaks at that point)

The only issue I have

The only issue I have with these is they don’t fit properly in between my mom’s legs they sag, I have to buy them because the size large left makes from the elastic waistband so I either buy one that cuts into her body or ones that make her carrying a load all the time. I don’t know what else to try. Anyone have any advice or suggestions? I wish they held more fluid throughout the night too.

Prevail Overnight!!

I been using these great absorbed pull on adult diapers for over 1 year I was getting them threw my insurance I'm in a different state no insurance at the moment. But I seen this n they are affordable on my budget n I'm most definitely getting these on a monthly bases. I highly recommend these to all with horrible inconvenience issues. I've used many in past leaking very embarrassing wet pants or bed sheets. Prevail overnight are the winners for me!! ❤️

Prevail Overnight PullUps

I’ve tried other brands and these are excellent for overnight protection, they are thicker and provide better nights sleep for my son who is severely disabled and is on a night feeding pump. I recommend these vs other nighttime pull ups we’ve tried in the past.

My Issue

Love the very soft material the underpant was made of and the less amount of crotch oading as well as better fit in the crotch. My only issue is my skin reactc with major itching on both left an rright waist area. I have to put some healing on it and hold off wearing the disposable underware pant fo a couple of nights before abe to ware them again.

Superior absorbency

Superior absorbency overnight! They have instilled a sense of security and confidence for me. However, I have determined that they are manufactured for men; but I don't much care, the incontinence underwear police haven't caught me yet. Good product. Covers even less of the butt cheeks than the women's version though. Hmmmm I'll spare y'all any pictures.....I'm a kind woman.

A little bulky but very absorbent

These were a little bit more bulky than I expected but they were super absorbent, and I didn't feel like I would have any problems with leaks. No issues with odor or feeling like I was wet. You do feel like you are wearing these but they didn't make any diaper like sounds when walking or moving so they are pretty discreet. I would recommend them to anyone needing that extra confidence in knowing you'll be safe if you do have an accident.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SUPERIOR QUALITY PRODUCT!!!

Without question and under no uncertain terms, the product is of superior quality. They are very comfortable and definitely what I need at night. However, I also find myself wearing them during the day. I would highly recommend this product as it will protect you against any embarrassing situations. The product does not fall apart during wear even under heavy incontinence. The product has an excellent design to prevent leakage on the side.

Never thought I’d want to rate a diaper

A very trustworthy overnight diaper. It’s a relief to sleep soundly not worrying about waking up in a puddle. Gone are leg opening leaks, too. This fits perfectly and stays perfectly all night. No odor is a true gift, too. Thank you Prevail!

Sizing is Off

This is a very absorbent product, however, it is very bulky, exceptionally wide, and ill fitting. The sample that I requested was a S/M which was a little small so when I placed an order, I ordered the M/L. The M/L is gigantic! It almost wraps around twice! This product is not easy to use and the wearer would require assistance getting it on and off. It was definitely not something that we would purchase again. You're better off using a pull-up.

They work but

I did receive this free to review but all opinions are my own. I do suffer from slight incontinence after having a hysterectomy and I could say it works but I'm a larger girl 3 to 4X and even their largest size does not quite fit in my body well so I did have a little bit of issues with that but other than that it absorbed quite well especially at night but if you're on your feet all day moving around like I am it was like bunching in some areas I guess because it did not fit my waist area quite well

Rips too easily

The back of the pull-on brief was not high enough to feel comfortable. It fits me just below the waistline. The fabric rips too easily and creates horizontal tears when pulling the brief up over the hips.

As good as the Women's Large no longer available

I was dismayed that The Prevail Women's Large Overnight Underwear was discontinued. I think for production purposes, they are just calling the overnight Large a Unisex product. It is no longer lavender colored, but white. No worries, my wife is incontinent 24/7 and we use these for daily wear. We have a purewick external catheter for nightly use. These are very comfortable, and very absorbent. Excellent and every bit as good as the other Prevails that these replaced!

Very, Very Good

This product lives up to its promise! I've had no real leaks while using the underwear. It is comfortable and doesn't irritate my skin. I'm very pleased and will order again.

Very comfortable and dependable. We

Very comfortable and dependable. We had an outside wedding reception where i wore the overnight briefs, I was very satisfied because i am disabled, and wheelchair bound the porta potty was out of the question. However, i was dry for over 4 hours when i arrived home I was still very satisfied as I didn’t wet through to my clothes.

Very absorbant

Ok, the Prevail underwear works really well, it's quite absorbent, and I didn't feel wet while wearing. These are a bit thicker than I had been using, so I had to get used to that, but they did work better than expected. I have recommended these to my elderly parents, but I feel I'm the one who needed them more than them. I will pick some up, and see how well they work for me during the whole year.

Prevail Overnight

This is a pull up pant that promises to absorb for.12 hours, sorry it didn't make it even 4 hours for me! Had to change 4 times during the night. I will say the material is very skin kind, soft& feels nice next to the skin. The fit is very good

LOVE these

I am Goldilocks when it comes to adult underwear. Prevail allows me to be confident at night with far less leaks. These have replaced my old brand and I hope they never stop making them.

I really like the Prevail

I really like the Prevail Overnight Underwear. It's very absorbent, and usually holds my quick large leak. My only thing that I would improve is I wish the panty was a little bit taller , and the shape a little wider in the crotch and butt area The booster pads don't fit well enough as they are wider when used together, so they allow leaks out the sides of the panty.

the best

My son with special needs wears these. I've tried other brands, but these are certainly the preferred, even over "top brand name" pullups. When he was in school, the teachers and aides would ask if I could please send these kind over others. They fit him best, absorb without falling apart, and seem softer/more comfortable.

No leakage and comfortable

My mom used these Prevail maximum protective underwear because let's face it sometimes young or old you face issues. She said these were very comfortable and didn't rub wrong which is very important. Didn't leak at all and soaked up but didn't sag when used. Will definitely be using in the future when I need to get her more.

They are better than Depends but not as good as the Women’s fit Prevail

I loved the overnight Women fit Prevail but now you have quit making them and I have no choice but to buy the unisex. They do not fit and absorb as well as the overnight women fit for me as a woman. However they are far better than the Depends brand with that blue strip that irritates my skin and I end up with a rash.

FIT ISSUES, BUT WORKED WELL

I bought a package of underwear for my husband and used their measurements guide but the underwear fit more like 54”-56” rather than 58”-68”; other than that, they worked well.

Prevail Overnight Pull-up Underwear

I’ve been using Prevail Overnight Pull-Ups for over a year, and vhave tried other brands, but always come back to Prevail. The fit is one of the most important things for me, as well as the absorbency. Prevail is the best fit for me, too, and they are very good with the absorption level. I definitely recommend this product.

Outstanding!

My husband is fairly new to incontinence products, so I am trying different brands until we found some thing with which we both could live. Prevail brand wins hands down — fit, comfort and wide variety of sizes!

These are the best pull ups on the market now

Well made, comfortable, fit the body instead of the loose so they protect against leaks. Don’t let the big name brands fool you they no longer have the top quality product as they’ve chosen profit over quality, This pull up has earned its name and Prevailed!

Works Well

These Prevail maximum protective underwear are soft and absorbent. It covered the area I needed it to and I had no issues with leakage or anything. My one complaint is that they are made more like bikinis in the back rather than briefs and it kept shifting a little in the back and it felt almost loose because of it. I still did not have any issues, it works well. So over all, these are great!

Pretty average

I didn't have any leaks with this product. I didn't notice any odor. However they were not the most comfortable undergarment I have ever tried. They seem to bunch up. Also had an issue with them not wanting to stay up with the pants I was wearing. Maybe different pants would have helped the issue? I would be willing to try them again.

I like how comfortable these are!

My thoughts on the Prevail Maximum Protective Unerwear Unisex Size S/M is they're really conforming and moves with you making it very comfortable. I didn't sweat in these at all. I can't say that honestly about other Brands that I've tried! I recieved a free sample to try these out otherwise I may not have tried them. I highly recommend them!

Pretty good, not uncomfortable!

I have never tried a product similar to this to compare it to, but I've often thought I'd like to. It was much more comfortable than I expected. I would buy this product again, and recommend it to a friend. It can help with preventing embarrassing leaks and take one less worry off of your mind!

Great value

This is my first time using pull-up underwear. I am sleeping much better without the worry of leaks as I had with the pads. The fit is a bit loose on me, especially the legs, but working so far. These were less expensive than other providers' pull ups with less of a hit to my budget.

Another Great Product

I was lookin for something that would allow me to walk around and go outside and stay until I was ready to come in. These underwear made that possible. I took a long ride or the first time in 3 months without worrying about the seat of the truck being wet when I was ready to get out.. Now i don't have to use my other underwear until I lie down for the night.
