I am using catheters for dialation after penile cancer surgery to keep things flowing. I alternate between the 14Fr. and 18 Fr. to keep things open. these are very comfortable catheters to use. The no touch applicater makes insertion easy and clean. I have no after pain or burning sensation with these catheters. I am very happy with them.

The product is not. what I wanted. They call it Shields. but it actually is heavier. pads to boost other underwear. which means they are much thicker than what is usually referred to as Shields. I already had. enough of this product on hand.

Great catch, but its just short of impossible to get the adhesive backing off. Unlike other catheters, the backing pills Off and multiple pieces and tears numerous times. This jeopardizes the possibility of contaminating it before use. The price is the only advantage. If they could figure out how to make the adhesive backing come off all in one piece easily, I’m sure they would be more popular.

Cure Ultra® Coudé Catheter is the best
The Cure Ultra® Coudé Catheter is already lubricated, saving time when you really need to go. It is 50% lighter than a hydrophilic catheter, important for travelers. While it is "best practice" to wash before using, the gripper sleeve means that you really don't have to, as your hand doesn't touch the catheter. I have used the Cure Ultra® Coudé Catheter for two years without a urinary tract infection.
