I have to use the lantus pens and I use didnt size pen needles. Depending on your injection site for your insulin depends on what size of these pen needles you need to use. I find using these at the top of your arm is the most comfortable spot and it doesn't burn and hurt. But depending on injection site depends on your size of pen needles. This is a good brand to use and I recommend it!
