We are very disappointed in this tray. I thought because it was specifically intended for the Nitro Sprint Rollator that it would have been designed to fit over the seat securely, but it is not. It merely rests on top of the outer sides of the seat. NOTHING STOPS THE TRAY FROM SLIDING backwards or forwards off the seat. Moreover, it is not sufficiently rigid: THE TRAY EASILY BENDS in the middle if pressed with your finger, so it could be dangerous to put a bowl of soup on it! Furthermore, the included instruction card says the ROLLATOR MUST NOT BE MOVED with the tray in place, but that was exactly what we wanted it for! Mom wants to be able to take her tea cup to her easy chair, or her meal to the dining table. Since she needs both hands on the rollator, she has been balancing these items on the concave, sling-style seat of the rollator and I had hoped that this Sprint rollator-specific seat tray would provide a more secure option. SADLY THIS TRAY IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! Mom will instead be putting a vintage solid wood serving tray over the seat. The old wood tray actually fits better across the seat than this custom designed flimsy plastic tray from Nitro! And the wooden one is completely rigid, is more stable due to it’s greater weight, and has a more substantial outer rim. Do not buy the Nitro tray!! It’s only possible use is as a platform on top of the parked rollator, and it is less suitable for that use than a good piece of wood would be. In fact, a well-sized piece of wood with non-slip mat glued on the bottom would be a huge upgrade over the Nitro tray!
