Not good for skinny/boney people

I bought this mattress overlay, hoping to use it on a business trip. It does what it says -- it does alternate pressure -- but it inflates the cells to the hardness of a diamond. Sure, the pump has an adjustable dial on it from soft to hard, but turning the dial made no difference. As a side sleeper, it was brutal on my rib cage, like sleeping on a bed of river stones. If the soft setting actually worked, it'd be a great product. As is, 1 star.

Received the Wrong Pump from Drive

I order a Drive alternating Air Mattress and pump and the Drive Company sent me a fixed pump.... Their advertising is very confusing... the Ad write-up and their photo on the Ad said "Alternating Pump" right on the top of the pump next to the on/off switch.... The pump I received says; "Variable Pump" model # 14001E... Very Unhappy with Drive and their Advertising is misleading advertising .... Beware.... An Unhappy Customer

we run this pump 24/7 for the most part. a few months ago I turned it off and it wouldn't turn back on for 24hrs. Seems like maybe a fuse got hot(?). then it worked fine for another few months and just did it again. I turned it off for 20min and it wont turn on again. ill see how it does. tomorrow. plug is fine. I plugged another device in to check it.

I didnt order the extended version because I thought it was over priced. Weve had no trouble at all with the normal length. I was a bit surprised to find that the firm setting caused some discomfort occasionally, but with the variable pump that problem was easily solved.

The product does not have end straps as depicted. Instead the mattress is extended in length to be tucked under the mattress. I dont necessarily like this feature, as you have to make sure it stays tucked under.

I not one for my husband and tried it out. WOW it was great, did not k ow it vibrates. What a great night sleep. Sure glad I bought it.

Mom dementia arthritis cannot tell me if she uncomfortable...since this pump and mattress sleeping like a baby ... tells me all I need to know! Great product

I thought that they would rotate the pockets of air but I have it on the bed for my mother and I am pleased so far

No flaps to hold the mattress in place. But other wise a wonderful product!!!!

I love mine. I would sleep all night if it were not for my bladder.
