I use it every morning
I use it every morning to prep myself for a daily dose of my inhaler med. I'm glad to say I seem to be doing quite well according to the age and weight chart provided. The spirometer gets me ready for a deep breath.

This was the only place I could find the exact same spirometer that you get in the hospital. If you need to improve your lung volume, this is the one to get. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

It’s very simple and easy to use. Sometimes, the more electronics are used for these simple things, the more complicated it becomes and unnecessarily so. Bluetooth devices, etc., requires more maintenance and can fail if not maintained properly. This device is simple, easy and relies solely on the individual’s ability to breathe. It is what it is, as the saying goes.

Keeps lungs clear
We use this when colds or flu moves into the chest/lungs. By using this machine it relieves the congestion/tightness and makes it easier to cough out any mucus that is trying to build up. In my opinion it keeps colds/flu from taking hold in the lungs. Every household should have at least 1 of these machines on hand.
