Backrest For Carbon Fiber Overland Rollator

Perfect backrest

ByAcre products are pricey but excellent quality. My husband wasn't keen on sitting on his Over Lander, but he does now with the backrest fitted. It still folds well and fits in the rear of the car, standing upright behind the front passenger seat. This leaves plenty of space for dog, luggage, or another passenger.

Byacre Back - Rest - Not able to use.

I purchased this to go with my new Byacre Rollator. I am extremely disappointed with this product. I have fitted it on correctly but the material is too rigid and keeps popping off. It is not a cheap accessory but unfortunately I do not think I will be able to use it. Money down the drain unfortunately. A clip on material one would have been far better. As it is long and rigid it will not fit into a travel bag.

Very comfy

It was very comfortable after I had attached it properly I hadn't secured it properly first time and it kept slipping down Very comfy now and folds up well whilst still on the frame It is a shame that its not included and is an additional cost when the overland is already expensive

Definitely worth it

Makes sitting on my Nordic Pioneer much more comfortable for me as I have limited core strength. Easy to fit, and it doesn't hinder me folding up the walker or fitting it in the car boot. Very glad I bought it.

Needs a rethink!

I’m sure this backrest could be better designed and far less rigid. It’s very pricey for what it is and I think something better should be provided in the cost of the rollator and not as an optional extra. It’s essential from a safety perspective and other manufacturers supply backrests as standard kit, so come on byAcre, this lets your product down.

Length needs to be adjustable

While this correctly states it is adjustable, the adjustment is in its height and there is little or no adjustment if the handle bars are low. The other adjustment needed is in its length. That is not available so that I cannot sit as far back as would be most comfortable for me. It is the problem that one size does not fit all.

Great rollator

Light yet sturdy. Comfortable seat. Real improvement over my previous walker.

Backrest for byAcre Overland.

Backrest attaches to the handle extension tubes, but as my wife needs the walker handles on the lowest setting, it sadly cannot be fitted.

Not able to use

As won’t fit frame when handles are down too low for me .. the gap that’s left is too small to clip in … also it can’t travel in bag , as very rigid and long

Excellent for support and walking in off-road conditions much admired by other members of the group I go to.

Good Backrest

Finishes my new rollator off. I wouldn’t want not to have one. Perhaps it should be included. The colour blends well.

The power of wheels

So far, so good. This has helped me such a lot with my walking and I am able to straighten up more.

It is just too tight for elderly fingers Like mine to fix onto the frame
