I’m am happy with the air mattress, however, it still taking a while to find my comfort level. There is an air envelope that is bothering my waist level. Cannot get it to fit somehow in lower back and not comfortable. Blower motor is in the low sones, it’s not that quiet. Not like my Res Med C- Pap blower, needs improvement.

This mattress is wonderful

My husband became paralyzed and I cared for him at home and during the pandemic.. I knew how these type mattresses prevent bed sores, help broken bones heal and help prevent pneumonia (as I was told) since my daughter was in a coma for 5 months and not expected to live following near fatal car accident and she was on a hospital-grade alternating air mattress there. I ordered this mattress and although it was not hospital-grade it was wonderful. He was on this mattress from that point until his death in 2020 and I never had to turn him. My stepdaughter is an RN and came from another stated during the pandemic right before my husband died. She commented on how beautiful his skin was. I t is now being used by a friend whose husband has Parkinsons and has become paralyzed. I’ve only had the mattress for a year and had to replace two bladders which are the air tubes, the good thing is I am able to replace them, I will not continue to do this as they are not cheap, will replace the mattress the next time

Not working properly

This is our second mattress. The first one only lasted 3 yrs. This one is supposed to be brand new and already is not working like it's suppose to.

Once I got it adjusted to my liking, I am more comfortable and sleep much better.

Easy to set up. Great for those at risk for pressure injuries or who already have one. Glad I went with this one.

I really liked this mattress when i got it but in less than a year it goes completely flat under my backside especially set in a sitting position. The long strips that are s Supposed to keep the long air tubes together have popped off the bottom fabric. Even with switching out the air tubes, it still goes flat in the middle. I have oreded another style with foam at the bottom and air on top. Hope it is better.

I got my mattress 2 years ago and I've had to replace bladders 14 times. They simply don't hold up. I'm on a fixed income and my insurance has stopped paying for the repairs. I will be out of pocket for all repairs for 3 more years. It seems like this is a problem for others as well. D the right thing and FIX THIS PROBLEM!
